How it works
Log the hours you actually slept against the hours you need, and Palarid totals the deficit across the week. Sleep debt is cumulative — this shows the size of it and a realistic way to pay it back without wrecking your schedule.
Palarid runs entirely in your browser. There is no account, no adverts on this page, and no server copy of anything you enter. You can export everything as JSON at any time.
Common questions
What is sleep debt?
The running difference between the sleep you need and the sleep you get. A 90-minute shortfall over five nights is 7.5 hours of debt.
Can you fully repay sleep debt?
Short-term debt can largely be recovered with consistent extra sleep. Chronic long-term debt is better fixed by changing the schedule than by weekend catch-ups.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is a tracking tool. Persistent sleep problems are worth discussing with a GP.
